Abseiling
Abseiling is included in the program, if only occasionally. The first abseiling outing programmed, in recent times was September 1988 at Hanging Rock Lookout on the Shoalhaven River. A basic instruction day was held in September 1995 in Graham Cooke's workshop for thirteen members interested in abseiling and rock-climbing. This was followed by an 'on-site' practical abseil down the rock-face at the Bangalee Scout Camp. Other outings have been to Bungonia Gorge and along the Shoalhaven River.
