Emergency Details

All members should have their personal details recorded on a small piece of paper stored in a waterproof container (something like an empty film container would be ideal) and carried on all activities. The details to be shown are -

· name
· address
· phone number(s)
· car registration number(s)
· any allergies or medical conditions which are relevant
· the name and contact details for your next of kin or the person we should contact in case of an emergency.

The basic idea is to keep these details in your pack permanently. We hope that it will never be necessary to open the film container, but if it is, you will be the one to benefit from the stored information.
