Thanks - from Anne Warren
I wish, once again, to thank the members of the Shoalhaven Bushwalkers for their help and kindness which allows me to continue to enjoy this activity, and for the helping hands of Harry, Ray, Tom, Cyril and others, when in dark and narrow places I cannot see or judge where to put my next foot.
On our trip to the 'Snowies' (June 2000) such care was taken of me that various un-named walkers had numerous scars - while I had none. I congratulate Jan for devising a novel method to help me - every rock, root or other obstacle, she tapped with her left foot, and I acquired a new name - 'Rocks-Anne!' This method might be a help to members of other bushwalking clubs. I'm glad to say no-one came to grief at the Blue Mountains.
To Sigi, Norma, in fact everyone, my deepest appreciation - even Bob in the supermarket!! Thank you.
